Most orders take 1-2 business days to process. International orders and orders over $1,000 may take an additional 2-3 days to process. Once processed your order will ship according to the guidelines below.

We have 3 shipping options:

Pick-Up Services: $0- cardholder ID and Credit Card required

  • Processed orders can be picked-up on your arrival date from our pick up location
  • Same Day Pick Up available 7-Days a week for last minute orders. Just come to our pick up location during office hours
  • Cardholder must present a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to pick-up tickets

Hotel Delivery: $10- cardholder ID required

  • Hotel delivery ONLY available in the greater Orlando area.
  • Processed orders can be picked-up upon checking-in at the Reservation Desk or Welcome Center, please bring a valid photo ID. **If your villa does not have a Welcome Center your tickets will need to be picked-up in person from our Pick-Up Location.**

When choosing this option at checkout leave YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER, HOTEL ADDRESS & ARRIVAL DATE/TIME in the “Comments” field.

 

U.S Domestic Mail: $10.00- Once processed, ships in 3-4 business days, signature required

  • U.S Priority Domestic Mail ships to the U.S, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Refund Policy:

Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once tickets have been issued. If your order is being processed we must charge a 10% cancellation fee to pay the cost of fees associated with accepting your credit card.
