We have children, are the dinner shows for children?
The dinner shows are most definitely for children. The shows are great fun for everyone in the family.

If I purchase a dinner show ticket, what does that include?
The ticket includes the show and your dinner. Your beverage is also included. This would be the shows draft beer, house wine and fountain drinks.

We only have time for one dinner show, which would you recommend?
Arabian Nights has been ranked number one dinner show here in town for several years in a row. It is also a show for the animal lover in all of us. They have a wide array of horses that are beautiful and do neat tricks.

Do you make reservations for us?
No we do not make your reservation. Just simply call the dinner show and tell them you have pre bought tickets and make your reservation.

Do all the dinner shows book the same?
No they do not, some request the ticket numbers to make the reservation. In the dinner show category, each ticket description will tell you what you need to know.

What else do I need to know about these tickets?
The tickets have no pre set names or dates on them and are good till you use them.

Shipping Questions

What are the shipping options for my tickets?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Priority with Signature Confirmation for domestic order and Global Priority for Canada and United Kingdom orders.

How long before you mail my tickets to me?
Please allow us three to four business days before they are in the mail. Many times, we may have them in the mail for you the very next business day. You should call us first if you are very short notice.

Once my tickets are in the mail, how long then?
Please allow 4 to 5 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 8 business days for Canada and the United Kingdom.

Do I need to sign for the envelope?
Yes if you are a domestic customer. The envelope is sent with Signature Confirmation.
