We photocopy the back of every magnetic strip ticket!
We keep a copy of every order here and suggest you make a copy as well. The reason being, if you should lose your ticket while here on vacation you may take the photocopy and be re-issued the remainder of the ticket.
* Due to the large number of Disney tickets now available, we are unable to have every ticket in stock. That is why we need a little turn around time listed below with the shipping options. Many times, we may get the ticket the very next business day, you need to call ahead and check first before ordering.

These tickets are available for next business day mail out, hotel delivery or 'Pick Up Center' if ordered with nothing else. Tickets are at the 'Pick Up Center' for collection after 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

'U.S. Mail' Domestic ($7.00 per ORDER)
The criteria for domestic is: Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska. Please note we cannot ship to the Puerto Rico or Miami areas.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days (that is Mon - Fri, if you place your order on a Monday, Tuesday would be the first business day of the 1 - 2 business days) before your order is sent via the U.S. mail. Then allow another
3 - 4 days for the order to be in your mailbox.

Priority Mail to Canada and U.K($15.00 per Order)

Hotel/Resort or Villa Delivery ($13.50 per COMPLETE ORDER DELIVERY)
Please allow 24 hours for the processing of hotel/resort delivery orders.PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE RESERVATION NAME AND NUMBER: FULL NAME OF THE HOTEL, HOTEL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND YOUR ARRIVAL DATE AND TIME.
Your order will be there waiting at the CHECK IN desk. The order is hand-delivered, signed for by the hotel/s staff & placed in the manager's safe.
When the package is delivered, a notation is made with your check-in. When you check-in and show your i.d., that is when the package is handed over to you.
We have found this to be our most secure form of delivery.
'Pick Up Center' - Picture I.D. required ($4 per COMPLETE ORDER)
Please allow a full 24 hours for the
processing of 'Pick Up Center' orders. They are there for collection after
4 p.m. of the date you state, that you will be collecting them.

Return / Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled with no fees assessed to the customer as long as the credit card has not been charged and tickets have not been shipped. If the order has already been charged and/or payment has been collected, customers will be responsible for a 15% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing the payment for your purchase and handling. The theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy, and we, as a contracted partner, must abide by theme Parks policies and procedures.
